Since September Arnaud Lebré and Edouard Sauvageon, who are both studying for a professional degree in Innovation and Industrial Development at IDPI, have joined the team at Emprotec for a industrial project on the optimization of tooling which will continue throughout the year.
The aim is to make gains in productivity by developing technical solutions which will enable us to optimize the time for design and production and furthermore to reduce change-over time for tooling.
For the employees the presence of young interns is the opportunity to benefit from an new outside view on the process in place, which is always very instructive.
For the students this is an opportunity to find out what deep-drawing is and perhaps to discover a vocation for this little known profession. This is a win-win situation for the company and for future talent !
