Our Expertise
Whether it is for a simple ring or a more complex part, Emprotec follows a precise and global procedure to accompany you, for designing your products and ensuring streamlined and high quality production .
In depth analysis of your working specifications in order to understand your demands completely, in terms of shapes, dimensions, material, tolerances and performance.
Our research and development technicians work closely with the tool-makers to prepare models of your parts (CAD Solidworks) taking into account production constraints of tooling, production and, of course, the functions that you expect from your parts.
Then we produce the tooling which is needed for deep drawing on transfer press. Our tools are made with great precision to guarantee that the process is high quality and it can be reproduced.
Once the tooling is ready, we proceed to the drawing of parts. Our nine transfer presses enable us to carry out deep drawing operations with great precision and in the maximum efficiency.
Quality control : the finished parts are subjected to rigorous quality control to guarantee that they conform to the specifications. We use 3D measurement techniques and manual inspection procedures to check the quality and compliance of parts.
Delivery: Once the parts have been passed the quality controls successfully, we pack them carefully and deliver them according to your needs. Our objective is to guarantee that the parts which we make correspond to your expectations in terms of quality and performance.
