As part of its CSR approach Emprotec supports the bee-keeping sector in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region by sponsoring an Abeilles & environnement hive.
Bees are guardians of biodiversity: they are essential to pollinisation of fruit trees, cereals, vegetables. Without bees 90% of fruit and vegetables would disappear.
Supporting the installation of hives is therefore ecologically responsible explains Alain Parisse CEO of Emprotec. Furthermore this action enables our teams to work on an original project which is also meaningful and shares common values with the bee-keeper who looks after our hive.
At present our bees are in a hive at Sonnay rock (38) and honey supers have been placed for rape honeyflow. Supers are used to stock surplus honey which is not essential for the life of the colony.
If everything goes according to plan, we should soon be able to let you taste the organic honey by ‘Emprotec’.
