An inspiring encounter at Emprotec

We had the pleasure of welcoming Oscar Lombardot, a top-level biathlete, for a unique discussion with our teams.

Oscar told us about his career, his values and his daily life as a professional athlete: rigour, stress management, the importance of the team and the pursuit of performance – all things in common with the business world.

“In sport as in business, achieving your goals takes discipline, adaptability and a strong mindset”, he told us.

Who is Oscar Lombardot ?
A French biathlete, Oscar competes at a high level on the national and international circuit. His achievements include:

• Gold medal in the men’s relay at the World Cup (Nové Město 2025)
• Multiple gold medallist in the French Biathlon Cup
• Representing France in international youth competitions
• A rising figure in the discipline, recognised for his commitment and perseverance

Oscar is currently preparing actively for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, with the ambition of flying the flag for France.

Thank you, Oscar, for this moment of sharing and inspiration!
