In-depth analysis of your functional specifications in order to fully understand your requirements in terms of shapes, dimensions, materials, tolerances and performance.
Our design office and tooling technicians work closely together to model your parts (SolidWorks CAD), taking into account tooling manufacturing constraints, production constraints and, of course, the functions you expect of your parts.
We then manufacture the tooling required for deep drawing on a transfer press. Our tools are made with extreme precision to guarantee the quality and repeatability of the drawing process.
Once the tooling is ready, we move on to drawing the parts. Our nine transfer presses carry out deep drawing operations with great precision and maximum efficiency.
Quality inspection : the parts produced undergo rigorous quality inspections to guarantee their compliance with the functional specifications . We use 3D measurement techniques and manual inspection procedures to check the quality and conformity of the parts.
Delivery : once the parts have passed the quality inspections, we pack them carefully and deliver them according to your needs. Our aim is to ensure that the parts we manufacture meet your expectations in terms of quality, performance and delivery times.
