What heavy trucks demand
Shorter runs than in the automotive industry, but the same approval rigour and a much longer service life:
PPAP file : approval of the part to the manufacturer’s requirements, before series production.
First article inspection report (FAI) : full dimensional validation of the first part.
Durability : choice of material (steel, stainless steel) and thickness according to corrosion and vibration.
Continuity : tooling designed and maintained in-house, to produce the same part for years.
Inspection : three-dimensional measurement and probing, in-process checks.
Traceability : material certificates, batch and heat tracking; ISO 9001:2015.

Are heavy truck volumes large enough for deep drawing?
Yes. Volumes are lower than in the automotive industry, but a well-designed transfer tool remains cost-effective over several years of production. We keep and maintain your tools in our workshop so a series can be restarted at any time.
Which parts do you deep-draw for trucks?
Solenoid valve housings and sleeves fitted inside solenoid valves. Always to your drawing: we do not sell catalogue parts.
How do you guarantee long-term durability?
Through the choice of material and thickness at the design stage, a one-piece seamless part and ongoing dimensional inspection. Every batch is traced back to the material certificates.
Do you provide the same documents as for automotive?
Yes: first article inspection report (FAI) and PPAP file, within our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.
