Our history
Founded in 1988 by Michel Schaaff, an engineer with a passion for deep drawing, the company has, over the decades, adapted to changing markets by offering its customers technical parts made from materials perfectly suited to the cost / quality constraint.
In 2014, Alain Parisse bought the company and gave it fresh momentum. In ten years, he doubled the workforce and built a new building of more than 1,000 m² on the Alpespace business park (Sainte-Hélène-du-Lac – 73) to cope with fast-growing business.
In April 2025, he handed the company over to Anthony Iuso and Angélique Tisserand. Anthony joined Emprotec in 2023 as development/tooling manager before becoming operations manager at the end of 2024. Angélique joined him in the venture in 2025, bringing solid experience in business management.
Together, they share a passion for Emprotec's know-how and strong human values: closeness, trust and collective commitment. Their complementary skills and energy enable them to approach the future with ambition: consolidating what has been achieved, supporting the team in its development and opening up new prospects for innovation and growth.
In a decade, Emprotec's production has doubled to reach 5 million parts per year, 70% of which are for export.
While the company's main sector remains the automotive industry, which it supplies with a variety of parts such as guide tubes for clutch release bearings, solenoid valve housings and bodies, connector housings… Emprotec also enjoys a fine reputation in subcontracting.
Today, Emprotec is stepping up its efforts in project support and research and development while maintaining the technical capability on which its reputation was built.
The team
To meet its customers' exacting requirements, Emprotec puts at their service the skills of a close-knit team of technicians, driven by a shared determination: to give their very best for flawless quality, whatever the nature of the production.
