For more than 35 years, Emprotec has been using deep drawing to make precision parts for aerospace, defence and armament: cups, housings, caps and casings in stainless steel, steel, brass, copper and aluminium, from 0.2 to 2 mm thick.
Our 9 transfer presses from 60 to 240 tonnes and our 3 C-frame presses from 15 to 150 tonnes produce seamless, leak-tight and repeatable parts, from prototype to series production.

Which parts can you manufacture?
Hollow precision parts: cups, housings, caps and casings, in stainless steel, steel, brass, copper or aluminium, from 0.2 to 2 mm thick.
Which documents do you provide?
A first article inspection report (FAI) for every new part number, material certificates and batch traceability, a PPAP file on request. Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Can you support a programme over several years?
Yes: we produce from prototype to series, and your tools stay in our workshop, maintained by our toolmakers, for repeat orders throughout the programme.
Do my drawings remain confidential?
Yes. Your drawings never leave the company and we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
